Refund Policy
All Trend Tee products are custom-made and printed on demand. Because every item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@trendtee.online with:
- A clear photo of the defective item
- Your order number
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without a reported defect or error
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized products ordered correctly
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EU Customers If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
